Q. What is your professional background/bio?
A. I have had 23 years of sales and management. many of those years were in the Pharmaceutical/Surgical/ and Software sales. For the last eight years I have been using many of the skills that I learned managing those relationships into the financial market place. I have been with Summit Financial Group for the last two years, assisting individuals in College Aid Planning and in Mortgage Planning.
Q. Why have you chosen the financial services field as your occupation?
A. I enjoy helping people and by assisting individuals with their finances provides me great personal satisfaction. Educating people and empowering them to make sound financial decisions is a passion of mine.
Q. What do you enjoy doing while not working?
A. I enjoy the outdoors when I have time to spend alone and I have 4 teenage daughters so I enjoy their activities. They are all very active in soccer, cheerleading, volleyball and basketball. I also enjoy working out with my wife and spending time alone with her when we are not busy with our children.
Q. Are you involved in any civic, community or church organizations?
A. I'm am active in our church and volunteer as a basketball coach for my youngest daughter's basketball team.
Q. Are you married? Children, grand children?
A. My wife Jackie and I been happily married for 21 years, and have raised four great girls; Makenzie 19, Maddie 16, Lexi 14 and Sydney 13.
Q. What makes Summit different from all other financial institutions?
A. I think it is our independent status and the fact that we are tied to any one financial institution to provide all the services we offer for mortgage, college planning or investments. We focus on Wealth Management and help families understand and recognize where they might be unknowingly or unnecessarily transfer wealth.
