Q. What is your professional background/bio?

A. I have been in the finance world for 9 years starting in Recreational finance moving on to mortgages. Prior to that for almost 15 years I co-owned a Radio station and video production house in Cleveland Ohio. I have been with Summit since the fall of 2008.

Q. Why have you chosen the financial services field as your occupation?

A. My passion is helping people. One of the greatest areas of pain in our countries culture is tied to finances and the mismanagement of it. If I can help eliminate that from people I believe they will be freed up to do their life’s calling with out a major distraction.

Q. What do you enjoy doing while not working?

A. My spare time these days is with my family. I coach baseball and soccer, but when I just want to have fun I take my family on the lake and go water-skiing.

Q. Are you involved in any civic, community or church organizations?

A. I serve on a variety of different committees and activities at church including: Adult Ministries, Worship arts, Finance ministry and Men’s ministry. as well as cub scouts and my Kids sports teams.

Q. Are you married? Children, grand children?

A. My wife Kym and I have been married for 13 years, and are bring up two wonderful kids; Noah 8 and Kelley 7.

Q. What makes Summit different from all other financial institutions?

A. At Summit we are not pressed for time or have quotas to meet, I have been given the ability to truly put people’s needs first. We don’t focus on just one thing or one type of solution. Each person’s financial situation has it own unique characteristics and circumstances, and a Summit we take a holistic approach meaning we look at the whole story not just the part we are interested in. We look for real answers not just quick fixes.
